| 3. The angel, who proceeded with me, said, These are the measures of the righteous; and cords shall the righteous bring, that they may trust in the name of the Lord of spirits for ever and ever.

And the angel, who went with me, said to me: "These bring the measures of the just and the ropes of the just, that they may support themselves on the name of the Lord of the spirits to all eternity.

And the angel who went with me said unto me: 'These shall bring the measures of the righteous, And the ropes of the righteous to the righteous, That they may stay themselves on the name of the Lord of Spirits for ever and ever.

Ängelen som gick med mig sade: dessa äro de rättfärdigas mått, och tåg skola de rättfärdiga medhafva, på det de må förtrösta på Andarnes Herres namn från evighet till evighet.

Och ängeln, som gick med mig, sade: De medföra de rättfärdigas mått och snören, att dessa för alltid och evigt må stödja sig vid andarnas Herres namn.
